what does a telecom engineer do

1. Prerequisites Analysis: 

Somebody who converses with the client and figures out what the component demands are for a product venture. For the most part, something that takes a couple of long stretches of involvement and a client confronting job 

2. Programming Designer/Hardware modeler/Chip configuration engineer/Solution Architect:

3. Equipment test engineer/Software designer/Unit testing engineer:
